The Property is multi-tenant building with a mix of retail, restaurant, coffee and medical users. Canadian Western Bank provided mortgage financing for the acquisition. At closing the property was 81% leased to mix of local, regional, and national tenants. Seller supplied a lease guarantee for the last remaining vacancy.
