- Target diversified real estate assets (i) located in secondary markets demonstrating sustainable population and employment (ii) located in well developed markets
- Negotiate with sellers to place properties under contract and conduct thorough due diligence utilizing current staff and professional networks
- Utilize long standing relationships with various lenders to acquire properties with leverage
